Winter Season

Here we are in 2005. I trust that everyone had great holidays.  I am looking forward to the new season beginning.  With that, I was thinking about the weather and driving conditions.

This time of the year always seems to be when I am most concerned about our league members.  Whether it is rain, snow or ice on the roads, I would like for everyone to be aware of the driving conditions and other drivers as well.  Give yourself enough time to get to where you need to be, leave some distance between yourself and the car in front of you, and carry a blanket in your car to keep you warm incase you have to wait for towing services.  I want everyone to arrive safely.

As a reminder, our pre-season captain's meeting is going to be held on January 17, 2005 at the VFW Hall at 7:00pm.  Attendance is mandatory.  A two-point penalty will be assessed to those teams not represented. 

    See you in a couple of weeks! Note: We are still looking for a B2/B3 team on Monday nights (open doubles league) to fill a BYE spot.  This is a non-rated division as we had to combine divisions.  If anyone is interested, please contact Dave Race - 636-634-5631.
