Rule Changes Passed by Membership
January 9, 1999
The ammendments below, passed at the General Member's Meeting on January 8, 1999, have the effect of making Playoff Qualifications the same as Rating Qualifications. Players who do not play enough games during the season to qualify for a Rating will not be allowed to participate in Playoffs (previously this was possible and actually occured in the Fall, 1998 season).

- TEAM AND PLAYER ELIGIBILITY
- Player Eligibility
- Players must play enough games during the regular season to qualify for an official rating according to the current Rating System to be eligible for play-offs. If a player plays more than one night he/she must qualify each night in order to be eligible to play in play-offs on both nights.
- TROPHIES
- Trophies will be awarded to the first place finishers of the regular season in each division, with the individual players on each first place team receiving individual trophies. To be eligible for these individual trophies, the player must have played enough games during the regular season to qualify for an official rating according to the current Rating System.
